Training

Sessions built from what we found in your environment, delivered by the practitioners who do the work. From board briefings through to hands on technical workshops, and the crisis simulations that sit between them.

Why it matters Most security training teaches a syllabus, not your organisation.

Generic training is bought to satisfy an obligation, delivered from a stock deck and forgotten by the following week. Completion gets recorded. Behaviour does not change, and the next assessment finds the same gaps.

We build sessions from your environment. The phishing examples are the ones that would work on your staff. The tabletop scenario is the incident your architecture actually invites. The board briefing answers the questions your directors are already being asked.

The person running the session has done the work. Crisis simulations are facilitated by consultants who have sat in real ones, and technical workshops are run by the testers who found the weaknesses being discussed.

Capabilities

Four audiences, each taught differently.

Board and executive

Enough literacy to govern the risk, without turning directors into engineers.

  • Cyber and risk briefings for boards
  • Governance obligations and director duties
  • Reading and interrogating security reporting
  • Decision making under incident conditions

Crisis simulation

Rehearsal for the first hour, run before you need it. Shared with our crisis practice.

  • Crisis management training
  • Facilitated tabletop exercises
  • Incident response readiness exercises
  • Tabletop attack simulations
  • Second and third order effects walkthroughs

Staff awareness

Organisation wide, built around the lures that would actually land on your people.

  • Security awareness programmes
  • Phishing and social engineering recognition
  • Handling, escalation and reporting procedures
  • Role specific briefings for exposed teams

Technical upskilling

Hands on workshops for the people who have to find and fix the findings.

  • Practitioner workshops for security teams
  • Detection and response training for SOC analysts
  • Secure development and code review
  • Cloud and identity hardening workshops

How it runs

Written for you, not pulled off a shelf.

Before

Built from your estate

We start from real material: findings from a test, your actual architecture, the obligations that apply to your sector. If we have not worked with you before, a short scoping session gets us there.

On the day

Run by a practitioner

No trainer reading someone else's deck. Sessions are led by the consultant who would do the work, which means questions get answered properly rather than taken away and followed up.

After

Measured, not just attended

You get what was covered, what the group struggled with, and what to change as a result. Where it makes sense we retest afterwards, so the improvement is evidence rather than a feeling.

Book a session

Tell us who needs to learn what.

Give us the audience and the outcome you want from them. We will tell you what that takes, including when a single briefing does the job and a programme would be waste.
